Job position: Customer Services Assistant

Start date: November 2016 – As soon as possible
Duration: Minimum 6 months (possibility to do longer)
Location: Costa Rica – Golfo Dulce

«We are a small water access only ecolodge located in Piedras Blancas National Park, Costa Rica. We have a maximum of 18 persons staying at one time in cabins and tent cabins. Everything is all inclusive of boat transportation, cabin, meals, juices, kayaks, snorkeling and fishing equipment».

Missions:
-Meet guests at the airport or in town.
-Welcome presentation and show guests to cabins.
-After some experience, make property tours.
-Assist at meals or in the gardens.
-Maintain snorkeling equipment and help guests with kayaks.
-With our training, help with our camera trap wild cat monitoring program and our monthly water quality report to Osa Conservation. »

Candidate profile:
-English mandatory
-Spanish helpful.
-Needs to be personable and able to engage well with guests.
-Have an interest in hotel management, sustainable living and nature conservation.
